“We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. ”

We ended up having my best friend and her husband and her two little girls join us and it worked out great. The two little girls loved it and had plenty to occupy their time. The view was amazing. The kitchen was perfect and location was optimal. It’s right on the lake and 5 minutes to the main stretch of town. ”
