Beautiful view, great location, and primary toilet 👎

It was a great vacation in a wonderful location with beautiful views. The only thing that was a bummer was that the primary bedroom toilet wouldn’t flush even toilet paper. It was out of commission for our whole stay. We were given the option to have a plumber come on the 4th of July, but we declined since we wanted to get out on the water and not wait around. Also, the living room dvd remote didn’t work and we really wanted to be able to watch movies during the rainy night. The property manager quickly stopped by and fixed the issue with a new remote. Other than that, we would 100% stay here again.

Perfect getaway

Highly recommend for an easy stay on Smith Mountain Lake! The condo had everything we needed, the views were spectacular, easy water access, and great neighborhood. I’d recommend bringing heat you need as stores and restaurants are a bit of a drive, but the condo itself was perfect. Our pup loved it too.

Nice location, water activities near by and perfect weekend getaway! No food at house so bring your coffee/tea, also you have to throw trash to different place (10 mins away) afterwards which was little inconvenient.

Beautiful House and Views

The beautiful house has a great 3-level design. It feels new and well-cared for. Had everything we needed. The views from all three floors were stunning: wide-open lake views, and manicured lawns.

Beautiful Sunset

Great place for a last minute trip

My adult kids and I spent a week here working remotely and enjoying the lake in our down time. It was a great townhouse and the lake and beach were super convenient for playing in the water. We would definitely stay here again if were come back to the area.

Beautiful view of the lake from two decks

Lovey stay here. Very clean. 3.5 baths. A wet bar downstairs that makes it almost a self contained apartment with full bath, bedroom and wetbar. Third floor is the master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub if you like that and shower. Kids room on the third floor has two twin beds and a full bath. Kitchen is kind of randomly supplied with all the basics.

Great place, not so good rental conpany

The place was lovely. The rental company not so much. They promised me an early check in, but didn’t activate door code, so we couldn’t get in. I called rental company twice. They never returned call. They eventually changed code, but never called back. I think that would have been the courteous thing to do.

Overall, it was an amazing stay! We loved the location. The view of the lake and the easy access with the beach was so convenient. On our second day, we returned home and the AC on the main level was not working. We contacted the property manager and then left to go on a hike. We were very pleasantly surprised when we returned to find that it was fixed when we returned! The only negative I would say is that no paper products like paper towels were provided or even like a bar of soap. We brought everything we needed, but people should be prepared to bring everything-read all the details before booking. Overall though a very great stay! Thank you!!

Wonderful the neighbors were great nice and clean

Great fun had the grandkids and their friends but it’s a quiet neighborhood maybe not for a lot of kids we had the pool to Ourselves great time to go after Memorial Day lake was almost empty with people

This townhouse is in a great location and very comfortable.

Our experience was mostly good. The air conditioning was a little difficult to manage. We followed the suggestions and still the lower level was like a refrigerator. The instructions on the TVs throughout were very confusing. The TV on the lower living room area was the only one that made sense. Also, the trash removal instructions were beyond confusing. The instructions need to pertain to only that property, not for every possible property in the area. However, even with these snags, we had a great stay!!! Overall a great property but would suggest they address a few negative issues.

Just steps from the lake!

It was super hard to find a place with lakefront access that was dog-friendly but we found it! Absolutely loved this place. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Easy to check in. We swam in the lake every day with my kid, and kayaked every afternoon. There's a boat slip too, if you have your own boat. There are wineries 15-45 min away and decent restaurant options. State Park is just up the road. Overall great extended-family vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

This is a lake front house with a beautiful view. It is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It also came with board games that we enjoyed playing in the evening. The power was out the first day we arrived and it came back around 8:30 pm.

Beautiful lake view

The property is lovely and the view of the lake is excellent When we realised there was a problem with dampness downstairs they were very quick to bring in a dehumidifier to help. Also very helpful in immediately getting us fans for the upstairs which was a bit too warm for one of us with a heart condition.
