“good price, good place to stay”

“I am sorry to tell you but the condition of our room on Sunday September 13th was completely unacceptable. I had 2 rooms booked for over 2 months and I was put in a room that looked like it was under construction. Our door was replaced with a door that would not open or close unless I lifter it up. Also because it was not square in the jam did not allow the dead bolt to work. The grab bar in the shower had duct tape on it. But the worst part of our visit was the fact that we had what appeared to……

“The property was just eh. When I turned down the bed there were crumbs on my sheets. You cannot check-in or out at the hotel, you have to go to the Beekman Arms. As for the "continental breakfast" you have to drive to a separate third location with a very limited breakfast selection. If I return to the Hudson Valley Food and Wine Fest, I will stay someplace else.”

“The owners and staff are very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the deluxe double room. The oven and refrigerator in the room could use some attention and cleaning. Bathroom well stocked but shower was basic. Could use a little refurbishing.”
