“This cottage was absolutely perfect for my bestie and I to enjoy some quality hangs together! Loved every detail, the house is well appointed. Lisa was such a gracious host and even accommodated me for an extra night when my flights were cancelled. Extremely grateful!!! Looking forward to our next trip to LBC. ”

“The place was filthy, the floor had not been mopped, tere were foods crumbs all over, the smoke detector was chirping the whole time, trash cans were not clean and had something sticky and paper in them. There were stains on the bathroom walls, a ceiling light fixture was missing and the light did not work either, the vents had spider webs coming out of them, the mat outside the place was really dirty and gross. Oh and the place smelled very bad, we thought it was because it was dirty until we...

“This was a great place – two bedrooms a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.And the location – super great location – less than 30 min from LAX and the Long Beach airport, 20 minutes to the beautiful California beaches. 35 min drive to Santa Monica. Walking distance to Walmart and Aldi – you cannot ask for more. Not to forget the two parking places included. It is a real problem to park anywhere in the LA area. ”

“Other than the stairs are narrow and a bit steep down to the basement which makes it a bit tough for older people to get luggage up and down we were very pleased with this property. We would definitely stay here again. Maybe a motive to pack a little lighter. :)”

“The property was super clean and the living spaces were cozy and comfortable. I was nervous when I saw how close it was to the freeway, but honestly we didn't even hear it from the house. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. The house is only minutes from the Huntington and tons to see and do in Pasadena. The cute little sitting area in the front yard was a nice bonus space to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Shopping mall with Bloomingdales etc, grocery shopping with Trader Joes, Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks park are all within walking distance”

“The house, view, and neighborhood are beautiful. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are up and down stairs to get to the apartment which were not a barrier for us but could be for others. ”
