This is a prime peninsula location beach house that is steps to the sand, marina (boating!) and also walkable to the central and ever evolving 2nd street area of Long Beach. Many excellent beach days, excellent restaurants, fun bars and super interesting people watching.

The house features 2 large master suites with en suite bathrooms and king size beds + a deluxe queen sleeper sofa. Top notch bedding, linens, toiletries, coffee and more. A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with basics and ready to use. The unit also features a roof deck with a dining area, nice outdoor furniture and 360 degrees of sweeping ocean, bay and city views.
