“一般化”

“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“Other than the construction they are doing adding a new addition. Lots of noise early when your trying to sleep. We had a great time and love the hotel. Great looking hotel. Nice pool. Free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Would deffinately return aftercthe new addition is finished”

“A budget motel not really for the faint hearted ”

“Stayed there 6 weeks from March thru April 2024. Awesome front desk Starr from Roxanne and her girls. Excellent service from Helen and her stall. Felt safe thanks to Errol from Security. Refreshing pool, reasonable rates and has a pool table., And especially tasty dishes from the kitchen. Will be back in November, 5 star service, accommodation, cleanliness, friendly staff. All around five star rating from Me,”

“I was just frustrated. First, card offline, front desk said they are not taking cards but i booked online so i assumed i can still use my card. 2nd, free breakfast, when i checked in, i asked front desk, if i have free breakfast, online booking one room for 8, additional 2 rooms for 2 pax.she yes there's free breakfast, morning comes she said only 3 free breakfast, after 1 minute she said only 1 free breakfast. Miscommunication is real. At the end i just checked out without taking any breakfast,……

“The place has a homey feel. It’s like you’re home. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast overlooking the Paoay Lake. Big room/bathroom. A little upgrade in the bathroom faucet will be great. Overall, very highly recommended.”

“Convenient location, close to eateries and public transport. Room was clean and have pleasant facilities .”

“The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.”

“Fell short of our expectation. Overly priced for the poor facilities. Food is terrible and overly priced. Rooms are rundown. Lots of mosquitoes and the pool is not that clean. The beach area has goats and dogs roaming around. I will definitely not recommend this hotel unless they improve.”
