“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

It felt like there was some sort of residue left behind—hopefully from a cleaning product—but it seemed more like whatever was on the floor had simply been spread around rather than properly cleaned. The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and……
