“The property was clean, newly built and updated nicely. The hotel seemed to look like the nicest and newest in a block of a few hotels right next to each other. Our room was clean, nice, comfy beds, and spacious. The kitchen in the suite was helpful. There was plenty of outlets and counter space to set all our stuff on in our room. The pool was clean and my kids had fun. The breakfast was good (better than most continental breakfasts I’d say) and I really appreciated that there were lots of……

“The hotel was OK but I don't know why it was rated so high online. Of the 7 hotels we have stayed at in the last couple of months, this one was the dirtiest so far. The bathtub didn't drain all that well either. My wife says it was fine & she would rather stay at a place like this rather than spending twice the price for someplace better. All things considered, the money we spent on all the stuff we bought at Jungle Jim's would have bought us a better room. Life is full of trade-offs.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“this was the 3rd time we stayed here. Has a really good steak house right acrossed the street, sports bar right next door. Food and gas stations near by. A really weird figure "8" street getting to it, but everywhere weird streets, round abouts, etc. are popping up all over the country. parking is right there, staff is very helpful . Logan checked us in, and texted me a few time to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Hot breakfast oatmeal, make your own……

“There was NO front counter staff.You had to check in using a Kiosk. I tried to check in at 2:45pm and the lady in the Kiosk told me that she couldn't check me in until after 3:00pm. Yes I know the check in is at 3:00pm but what is 15 mins. If there was a front desk person I am sure I would have been help better.Also the next morning I tried to use the Iron in my room but it was broken. So I went down to the front desk to ask for another Iron but the person in the Kiosk told me that it would be……

“My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.”
