"Although the furniture is old in the room, it was spacious, very clean, had all the amenities we needed or wanted, offered a great view of splash harbor and the bay, then another stellar view of the gulf. There is a parking garage and a free pass with optional discounted additional passes to Splash Harbor. Moria Che led us in and she was great."

"The location of this property is perfect! Only steps to the beach, walk to nearby restaurants, ice cream, shops, gas station. It is located between Clearwater and St Pete but easy access to both, and way less crowded! We would definitely stay here again and enjoy the beautiful mornings and sunsets on the beach!"

"The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. It was like a tiny condo. A few things maybe could have been improved but were no means a deal breaker. There was no bar or liquid soap in the shower but had hand soap on the vanity. I wish there was a place to put my luggage so I didn't have to keep bending down on the floor. Maybe a stand for it. The vinyl shower curtain worked as a liner and a curtain but could have used a liner in addition to it as water kept getting on the floor and if you put it inside the tub it stuck to you when it got wet. Also the white towels looked a bit dingy. All hotels seem to use white towels and get a bit dingy maybe using a darker color you wouldn't see the stains. I would definitely stay there again though. I liked the location. It was quick walk to the beach, nature preserve where we saw manatees in the intercoastal, ice cream shop where my husband I had the best homemade key lime ice cream and close to restaurants. I would suggest giving this cute place a try!"
