“It was cozy and comfortable we loved it and would stay their again ”

“Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

“Stayed here with my husband, another friend couple and 2 little dogs - could not recommend more. We were doing a pet friendly road trip through Arizona for the first time and this location was perfect. At the heart of Roosevelt Row, everything was within walking distance, even an adorable dog park. We especially like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. ”

“Nice and convenient locations ”

“The place looks nice in the pics, but we found several things wrong that indicate maintenance is lacking. That aside, we had two major issues and the host handled both poorly. There was a strange noise in the bathroom sink. The noise was loud enough to require closing the door so I reached out to the POC on the listing. Someone took the time to reply to me to let me know they are not available after hours and directed me to reach out to the maintenance person on site. We were there several days...

“The unit was clean and comfortable. The concierge (or doorman) service was excellent.The reservation process was tedious and somewhat annoying, featuring a combination of automated and human responses. Having to upload a state ID is annoying and a personal information security risk. On arrival, the unit hadn't been cleaned. Boulevard Stays eventually changed my room, and the rest of the stay was very nice. ”
