Perfect stay! Location is walkable to the Monon Trail and a park with across the street. House is clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Communication with host was quick and easy. Loved it and had a great stay while in town for sporting event at IU campus.

Very responsive owner

Stayed 2 nights for ERAs tour. Teens had plenty of space/mirrors to get ready. Nice to have some shampoos etc, paper towels and soap. Nice walking trail and garage hall eatery nearby.

Great for our Family Weekend!

LOVED that both bedrooms had King beds and en-suite bathrooms! Perfect for us, our Daughter & Son-in-Law. Everything we needed was included! Decor was lovely. Had a problem with the door code, but our Host was quick to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place for small business partners outside of downtown

Cute place 15 minutes away from downtown arenas. My business partner and I stayed for all star weekend where we had several business events. This charmer was perfect and cozy and not marked up like the hotels, we were able to work in the dining room, make our own meals and still be 15 minutes from all our locations. Would recommend!

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

The listing was as described, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. This is a great location to get around the city from to the different hot spots including downtown. We will stay again for sure!

Wonderful Stay for Family Weekend in Indy!

Nice home with walkability

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had our 1.5 year old with us and the house was good for her - no baby gate to block the stairs but the whole downstairs was fairly child safe. It did seem like the house wasn't fully cleaned before we got there -- there were towels in the laundry basket, some dishes in the dishwasher, and the table had coffee marks on it. But other than that it was perfect for us, we had parking, could walk to groceries and playgrounds, kitchen with everything we needed, etc. The description does note that it's a duplex and sounds can travel -- it was loud on our first night there until about midnight, but our baby didn't care so therefore I didn't care 😂

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great and neighborhood was nice. The townhome was nice with lots of space. The bed was amazing!! We were able to bring our dog which was nice. My only complaint would be to leave out some cleaning supplies such as a broom and maybe more toilet paper. One bathroom didn’t have any. Other than those very small things we loved our stay!

Great place!

We really liked this home - it was clean, beds were comfortable, and off street parking was easy. Location was fantastic- we had our dog with us and there was a great park with walking trails right across the street.

Perfect for Weekend in Indy

Great house, exactly as described. Very nice and clean. Great communication and quick response from owner for any questions. Good restaurant options nearby. Would stay here again!

Cute place/great location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy little home. We stayed there to be close to the Pacers and Colts stadiums since we were attending both games the weekend we were there. Everything was close to us as well as such a cute and cozy place to stay.
