Cancellation of a flight

Booked 2 rooms on a short notice due to a cancellation of our flight. I can only say that the service, staff and everything was really friendly and professional. I do recommend staying at the hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this one is in the top 3.

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the facilities are great including fitness center and pool. The place is quiet (little street noise) and well located to easily get by taxi to where I needed to go for meetings.

The breakfast buffet is superb with a wide range of cuisines. I especially like the juice bar as it offers nutritional and freshly made juice, such as ginger and mixed veggies ones. The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights.

The hotel is very pleasant and the room were clean. The front desk was attentive and helpful in securing rides and answering questions. The windows were a bit dirty on the outside--a cleaner exterior would have enabled us to more fully enjoy the view and cityscape. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great relaxing place

It was a great three nights in this fabulous hotel. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The hotel is large as well as the room. All staff members were kind, polite, and helpful. The hotel overall are good. It is on the slope so is walking out and back a problem. When we took taxi back we have to paid extra for the parking even just dropping off. The breakfast first are super.

I would call it a great home base from where you can explore the rest of the nearby Jakarta area. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean. The crowning moment for my stay was the gym: four squat racks, assault bikes, full set of kettlebell, and the usual cardio strength machines. Definitely a great place to work off all the Indo food you will be eating. Buffet and restaurant was adequate, but it was pricier than the surrounding food. I would say eat the hotel food as a starting point for your culinary adventure as they have cleaner variants of what you would find outside. There are a few tourist attractions nearby as well as clubs and night markets. Of no fault of the hotel, traffic is a constant nightmare (remember to add 10-15 mins to any Google map estimate of travel).

Room 621 for 2 nights from 17-19 Sep. Everything was good until I rang to ask for 2 hours check out extension, a lady who answered the call said only can extend till 12:30pm. Hence I said I didnt mind extending one more night stay and offer to come down to the front desk to pay for the extra night, she said no way, rooms are fully booked. I said what about other room type, she still said fully booked. I was quite puzzled and quickly pulled out my hotels.no apps to check, there were still PLENTY of rooms in this hotel. I really didn’t understand why this lady gave me such info, as if she doesn’t welcome me at all. I eventually didn’t book the extra night, did an early check out and stored my luggage with the concierge. I managed to rush back after client meeting and picked up my suitcase at 12pm then moved to another hotel. I will NEVER stay in this hotel ever in my next business trip to Jakarta.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. So ein tolles Frühstücksangebot haben wir bei unseren vielen Reisen in Asien noch nie geboten bekommen. So eine Vielfalt an Speisen: Alle Achtung! Da ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der große und saubere Poolbereich lädt auch zum längeren Verweilen ein. Nun zum Personal: ALLE Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr nett, höflich und sind sehr sehr bemüht, den Hotelgästen einen wundervollen Hotelaufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
