“Sparkling River” home is located in the heart of Kiawah River, only a short walk to Spring House amenities and The Auberge luxury Dunlin Resort Hotel. Relax and take in the gorgeous views of Jack Island Pond and experience the true spirit of the Lowcountry!
Entering the home, one is greeting by a sense of luxury and tranquility, with splashes of color and imagination that create a fun and happy atmosphere. Walking further into the home, you take in the lagoon views, and the open living/dining/kitchen space layout with separate bar space. The elegant chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with an oversized island, top-end appliances and ample seating; the perfect space for entertaining. The Great Room's oversized 5 piece sectional wraps around the fireplace and 65” LG screen with Sonos surround sound. The heart of any Charleston home is the back porch. Oversized folding doors in the kitchen and great room turn this entire end of the house into an indoor/outdoor space, as it opens up to a 30 x 12 screened porch overlooking the pond, allowing river breezes to fill the living area. A private backyard space exists too. Enjoy waterfront views and nature-watching as you prepare dinner on the outdoor grill and catch-up with a cocktail in the loggia beneath the upper porch. The home consists of three full bedrooms and two bonus bedrooms with luxury mattresses, comfortably sleeping up to 12 people. The main floor bedroom has a carved wood king bed, and full ensuite bathroom. Also on the main floor is the bonus library bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa, and the bonus office bedroom with a queen daybed. The 4 th bedroom has been converted to an office workspace with plenty of privacy for working away from home, and which has a high- end queen daybed. The library room is the unofficial 5 th “bedroom,” which is behind curtained brass barn doors on the main floor with a gas fireplace, full bathroom, and high-end inflated sleeper sofa.
Heading upstairs is the master bedroom featuring a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, two queen sized beds, lagoon views, dressing room, and master bath with walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom contains two queen beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Construction: There are nearby homes under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access: Enjoy the Spring House fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna for a daily fee of $50 per person payable at The Spring House.
Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 foot amenity center. The Kiawah River community looks across the Kiawah River to the Island of Kiawah, and is just a five minute drive to the Kiawah shopping and restaurant area, and 15 minutes to the beautiful sands of Kiawah Island beaches. Kiawah River is located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.
THINGS TO KNOW: • No pets allowed. • This home has a 7 night booking minimum • This home does not include a golf cart. Golf cart rental is an option • Guests have access to the garage and driveway. There is also parking at the street. • There is a ring camera at the front door of the home. • Spring House Amenity Center is a 5 minute walk along the pond from the house. The Spring House has two pools, a poolside bar, hot tub, and indoor and outdoor entertaining space, and large fully equipped fitness facilities. Hours and offerings are subject to change
