“The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there.The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. We ended up getting coffee from the store down the block every day. However everything else cooking wise was in fine condition. We……

“The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions……

“Clean room and comfortable furniture. Nicely decorated and coordinated. The hotel hosting the room is clean, staff is friendly. Plenty of towels and beach towels in the room. Body wash and weak shampoo available. Can accommodate 3 guests but plan on not more than 2. For space in the room, pack one bag and share it. The room is centrally located so parks, shops and mall are very nearby. It's centrally located so expect plenty of traffic noise most of the time. Nice, though not spectacular, view.……

“【良かった点】 ・眺望が非常に良い（Tower1の30F、ダイヤモンドヘッド側。海もよく見える） ・室内がきれい ・キッチン設備、調理器具や食器が充実している ・冷蔵庫が大きい ・ソファーベッドが、しっかりした作りでクイーンサイズくらいに拡がり、十分使用に足る。 ・プールは大きくはないが、きれい。ジャグジーは3槽 ・The bus等の乗り場が近い。特に、ホノルル空港直通のW1ラインの乗り場が目の前で、且つ始発が近いため空いている。家族4名で大きなトランク×4と手荷物3袋を持ち込んだが、ストレス無く座って空港まで移動出来た。 【もう少し改善するとありがたい点】 ・チェックイン時間より前に到着しても、荷物を預かってもらったり、部屋に先に入れておくなどのフレキシブルな対応が難しい点（実際、13時頃に清掃等準備が完了していたものの、15時までは部屋に立ち入れず、エントランスで荷物を見張る必要があった） ・洗濯に4$、乾燥に4$掛かるが、コインの手持ちがなく、またクレジットカードでの支払いがうまくいかず、アプリのダウンロード（＋電話回線のSMS認証）が必要となった。”
