He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him……

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”
