On the fence

It could’ve been better. Even though it was a family trip, me and my partner wanted to take advantage. The tv flickered on and off the first two days of the trip. But ANNA gave top tier customer service. She contacted her boss immediately on the issue. After a couple of glitches, they solved the problem. My absolute con was the jetted tub. It worked but the debris that floated out the jets was less to be desired. Just settled on the shower. Bed and pillow (to me)was suburb!!!! Rooms well maintained. Thanks Anna! You made this experience nice.
