“Room excellent. Shower excellent. Only two issues firstly getting into the room digital keypad not explained clearly causing delay and room change...and tv hundreds of channels but could not find basic English channels”
“1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later.
2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe.
3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky.……
“Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time.
Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was.
The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor.
Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really……
"Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful."
