Keys Please is a 2bed/2bath condo located in desirable Key Colony Beach. The complex is right on the water with its own pool, pier and beach.

This 2bed/2bath unit has open water views from the open concept living room, kitchen, dining room and the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. There is a TV in the master bedroom too. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed (2 twins) and a full size bed. There is a bathroom off the hallway that has a shower tub combo.

The dining room table will hold six comfortably. There is a flat screen TV in the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, cookware, glass selection and dishes. Linens and towels are also supplied. All of the condos are decorated according to the taste of the individual owners.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

To be perfectly HONEST, the best thing about our stay in 3-306 Casa Clara was the location & view. The unit is directly ocean front. As for the unit itself: -Totally outdated furnishings and worn/dirty carpet -Peeling popcorn ceiling in living room -Could not sit on living room furniture as the foundations were not supportive -owners belongings took up MOST of the closet spaces -Closets in 2nd bedroom was full of furniture -Coffee maker was broken/dirty/unusable -Balcony furniture was dirty/uncomfortable -Washing machine was used to wash bathroom floor mats and the rubber backing was left in machine and ruined our cloths -We were told that there was a full size bed in 2nd bedroom but there were only twin bunk beds and a separate twin bed. We have stayed at Casa Clara a few times over a 30 year period and will certainly stay again but we will research FULLY any unit we intend to rent in the future.

Kleines Paradies direkt am Meer

Key Colony Beach ist ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen. Das saubere Meer ist direkt vor der Tür. Sie schlafen mit Meeresrauschen ein und wachen damit auf , traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel mit allem was man benötigt für einen sorgenlosen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Das absolute Highlight ist die sehr große Terrasse mit direktem Meerblick traumhaft. Wir haben jeden Morgen Pelikane beim Fischen zugesehen, große und mittlere Fische, auch einen Rochen, direkt von der Terrasse. Bonnie Sanderson ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort/Hilfe auf unsere Anliegen, Top Service. Ein kleines Willkommenenspaket stand auch bereit, was ich eine sehr nette Geste fand.Die Community in Colony Beach ist sehr freundlich. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder.
