For additional excitement, this delightful home is located less than 10 miles from a variety of popular attractions including Key Colony Beach Golf, the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Sombrero Beach, and the Seven Mile Bridge.

This bright and sunlit getaway boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table and chairs for mealtimes or rainy day games, and back-to-back living areas with comfortable seating and a TV for evening entertainment.

Outside, soak up the sun in one of the chaise lounges, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco by the water, or take advantage of the dock (complete with a convenient fish-cleaning station) for incredible days on and in the water. You might even get lucky and reel in snook, permit, jacks, and mackerel right from the shore!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
