We have stayed in multiple condos at Croatan surf club. This condo needs maintenance. The hot water heater was changed out half way thru our stay. The washer didn’t work until hot water heater was replaced and before that it would stop spinning and trip one of the bedroom lights. The dishwasher was practically falling out as well as the nozzle on the sink. The oven takes 15 minutes to preheat and then doesn’t cook like it should. A casssrole that takes 30 min took over an hour and still was warm in the middle. I prefer to not have to deal with maintenance on my vacation. I also like to do laundry on vacation which I couldn’t do until the day before we left. We will never book this condo again! ##### Lori Beth A. The property itself is ideal, with covered parking, elevators when you need them to get to the third floor, which is the top of the two levels. I especially enjoyed the upper balcony. It has a view to the North and a little view of the water. The master bedroom shower seemed to drain slowly. Best to use the shower / tub right next to it. There's are no outlets (even 110V) for an electric car, but there is free charging at the Brewing Station 2 miles away. ##### James C.
