“The Good: well maintained condo with everything you need to take advantage of the beach or pool. Great for cooking, lots of extras, and everything worked as expected. The Ugly: occurred when we were expected to leave on Sunday. The elevator broke down. We are elderly, and an elevator was one of the reasons we paid so much for this property. It was compounded by tge fact that this property won’t let you check out after 9am without paying a fee (that is just plain greedy and wrong, and you……

“My family and I have stayed at CSC numerous times over the years, so we have a good reference point. Overall, the unit was in good shape for a pet friendly unit. Issues of note: The master bedroom door is not properly lined up, so the door can’t be locked and can easily be pushed open. The master shower nozzle can’t be adjusted and sprays very wide, so it’s difficult to get the soap rinsed from your hair. And finally, the furniture in the upstairs bedroom seems to be leftovers and very……

“Amazing property! Conveniently located near everything: the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. The unit itself was clean and had great views of the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony! Gorgeous. The building is also very nice with two elevators on either side of the floors which made loading and unloading our car very easy. The pool was well maintained and there were lockers in the garage for beach stuff. Not that we needed any because there was a nice……
