"Everything was pretty good except for the pool. The whole room that it’s in looks like it’s been abandoned and half under construction. Ceiling tiles missing, hot tub filled in with cement, rusty pool furniture, etc. rooms were clean and everything else looked nice tho."

"This was an older hotel tucked away at the back of a few restaurants by the airport. The staff was great. They kindly let me check in early and were super helpful. Would stay there again. "

"Rooms were disgusting! Stuff all over the walls, dirty floors. Overall felt disgusting staying here! We only stayed a couple hours due to our travel, but did not remove our shoes or clothes! Would NOT recommend this hotel! It was a waste of money! Bath tub was clogged and hot water did not work"

"The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. Definitely a nice place to stay! "

"Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being. "
