“Very bad acces road especially after rain. Away from main road and any big shop. Breakfast was always late and room next to kitchen is a nightmare. No night time so no good sleep for you (noises). Owners are friendly but they need to be more serious about guests. No hot water in shower. Heater broken? No bin bags. Doors and windows are not soundproof like stated on www. Good view on the city may compensate above issues. I would come back but this time only on top floor.”

“The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Ritah helped me arrange a shoebill tour. Each meal was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!”

“excellent!!”

“This property doesn't exist!!!.Stole my money, lied Agoda is doing nothing can get a response.Very angry at entire situation Ian.”

There are not digital channels on the TV, there are 3 channels only and one is completely static. TV is too old to have an HDMI, so...

“The room is not clean the reception not honestly person a lot of noise I don't like it ”

“Good place that is near to the university venues.”

“We booked a room at the Carpe Diem Hotel for the final night of our 12 night stay in Uganda and it was the best by far, very friendly service, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend”
