“This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. I did not need to do that, but I appreciated their efforts. That was the only problem that I had during my……

“The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. ”

“Jag och min kollega hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Duomo. Vi var där i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvål och möjlighet att behålla sin handduk mer än en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på bytte ut tvålen och tvättade handdukarna varje dag. Det var också enkelt att sätta upp en skylt för att slippa städningen. Servicen var väldigt bra och god mat i restaurangen. Vi kunde förvara våra väskor där sista dagen. Skönt med gym och trevlig pool……
