“離開時櫃檯人員幫忙叫計程車，交代櫃檯人員計程車需要是跳錶並且也給予承諾，但一上計程車，司機就改喊價的方式，這點需要小心。另外超過晚上12點一樓自動門關起後，該區域會有腐臭的腥味，應該是小動物的屍體散發出的味道。整體住宿狀況是良好的，網路有評價熱水不穩定，這點我倒是沒有遇到。”

“Have a better choice on service apartment in same price level. This hotel significantly below Mariott standard. Staff not well trained. Take the shoes on for house keeping. "We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with good water pressure. Although there are bars nearby, the room was quiet. The swimming pool is quite small, but the gym has plenty of machines. The location is very convenient, with 7-11, restaurants, massage shops, and bars just steps away. It's only a few minutes' walk to BTS Nana station. The staff were friendly and nice! Official check-in is at 3pm, but we arrived at 12:30pm and were told we could get the room at 1pm. The room was tidied up quickly and neatly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would choose this hotel again when visiting Bangkok."
