“Leider fehlten Handtücher im Zimmer.
Da ich erst nachts ankam, und die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war, konnte ich kein Handtuch mehr organisieren. Hatte zum Glück noch ein Badehandtuch dabei.
Das Zimmer war ok, aber bei weitem nicht so komfortabel und schön eingerichtet wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Keine 4 Sterne.
Frühstück war insgesamt gut, allerdings würde ich bei 4 Sterne plus auch frischgemachtes Rührei erwarten und nix aus der Packung.
Deshalb insgesamt nur 3 Sterne.”

“Arrived early after driving a long way were initially told at 2:20 we were too early for check in so sat down in the lobby in motorbike gear with bags as we appreciated we were early. We said we'd be happy to wait,this didn't seem to go down well & she booked us in.My phone immediately logged into the WiFi( as I'm a regular client) & worked well.It worked perfectly for about 2 hours then died.Level 4. We went out to eat.Came back later to catch up with family via internet,WiFi still not working……

“We booked a Superior Double Room based on the Expedia advertisement that we would have a balcony or patio. Once we arrived, we were informed that the Superior Double Rooms have a balcony OR bathtub, and we were put in a room with a tub. I had also messaged the property to ensure we had a balcony/patio and to check on parking. They never responded, and when we arrived the staff informed us that the person who responds was off that day. Buyer beware…check out the hotel on their website and call if……

“Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen und hatten vom Balkon ein wenig Meerblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl zwar nicht riesig, aber v öllig ausreichend und lecker.
Sollten wir wieder nach Timmendorfer Strand kommen, wäre das Hotel Royal unsere erste Wahl. ”
