The house offers on one level a living room with satellite TV system. The living room seating area consists of a coffee table and a sofa. From the large living room windows you have a view to the sea. A round dining table with 6 chairs is specially placed. A built-in bar separates the living / dining room from the open kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including freezer, gas stove with oven and extractor fan, coffee maker and toaster. Glasses, crockery and cutlery is available for 6 people. Pots and pans are sufficient.

A double room with double bed and one twin. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables and bedside lamps. A shower room with toilet.

The washing machine is installed in an externally accessible chamber.

An outside staircase you can access the roof terrace, which extends over the entire house. From there you have a wonderful view to the sea and a part of the coastal strip.

Very good size of property - ideal for what we wanted Location may be a little remote for a few people but if you’re looking for loads of space, handy for road links throughout the region and a very pleasant on-site person ( Carmen) then this will be a place for you

Belle situation pres de la mer
Proprietaire absent, il n'avait pas prévenu la gérante sur place que nous avions réservé et que nous arrivions (alors que nous avions réservé et payé 3 mois à l'avance). Il a meme fallu prouver que nous avions bien payé la réservation. Accueil pas terrible du tout, il s'en est fallu de peu que l'on nous dise de faire demi-tour. Heureusement que la gérante (Carmen) était là. Par ailleurs, maison située à proximité de l'autoroute, on entend les voitures jour et nuit. Sinon maison spacieuse avec une agréable terrasse, il y a la climatisation dans le salon, très bien située par rapport aux plages (possibilité d'aller se baigner à pieds). Première ville à 15 minutes en voiture. Piscine en commun pour les maisons du lotissement, ainsi que balançoires, trampoline. Machine à laver en commun dans un local derrière la maison.

Wir waren als Familie mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist eine Ferienanlage. An sich ist es schön und gemütlich. Gut um Wandern zu gehen. Carmen ist eine tolle und nette Frau. Die Anlage selber bräuchte etwas mehr Pflege. Der Pool war leider nicht sauber und es gab auch nach Anfrage kein Netz damit man ihn etwas sauber machen kann. In der Unterkunft selbst waren wir von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht.Spinnenweben und Staub auf den Möbeln. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Was wir ganz toll fanden das man dem Hund mitbringen kann. Schade das aber der anlagenbereich nicht sauber ist alles voll mit Kot der schon alt war. Während unseren Aufenthalt gab es keinen Besitzer der den Hund drinnen koten ließ. Ansonsten war es sehr schön.

Mooie villa aan de kust
Mooie villa op een prive terrein, gedeeld met andere vakantiegangers. Toen wij er waren waren er net jonge katjes geboren dus dat was een grote hit bij de kinderen. Bij mooi weer: dakterras bovenop de villa, zwembad, genoeg bbq plekken. Er zijn wel wat strandjes aan de kust in de buurt, maar om echt te zwemmen in zee kan je beter in de auto stappen naar een ander strand.

Fast alles gut.
Es ist eine wunderschöne Ferienanlage „ gewesen „!!! Ich vermute durch die letzte Ereignisse- ziemlich heruntergekommen. Der Kinderspielplatz ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Casa Wintergarten ist sehr schön, innen wie aussen. Der Ausblick aus dem Küchenfenster - traumhaft. Schwimmbad war sauber und groß genug für uns. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnbereich, nicht in Schlafzimmern, aber es war in Ordnung. Die Komunikation mit Carmen, mit Hilfe von Google Übersetzer - problemlos. Die Strände Waren noch nicht gesäubert aber ich glaube das lag an der Coronasituation. Alles in allem - es war sehr schön, und wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Weil dass was nicht in Ordnung war - kann man ziemlich schnell wieder in Ordnung bringen. Wahrscheinlich hat es sich noch nicht gelohnt. Es waren bis jetzt kaum Touristen da.

Estupendo! - Descanso Total
El sitio es ideal para desconectar en familia, con niños. Estos tienen su espacio , su lugar de recreo , mientras que los adultos pueden descansar y desconectar con la tranquilidad de que están en un sitio cerrado. La casa es muy cómoda para una familia de 4. Tiene lo indispensable para pasar unos días. Carme es encantadora, siempre dispuesta a aconsejarte y brindarte su soporte. Muchas gracias Carme por todo!! Très belles vacances
Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette propriété. La maison est très sympa et conforme à la présentation qui est faite sur le site Abritel. Carmen est très accueillante et le propriétaire nous a envoyé de très nombreux renseignements avant notre arrivée. Le toit-terrasse est absolument remarquable. Les enfants ont pu profiter des jeux de la propriété et nous avons apprécié la piscine et la proximité de la mer. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Lugar tranquilo para desconectar.
Hemos estado mis 3 hijos , mi marido y yo , una semana. Estupendo lugar para desconectar. Las calas preciosas, aunque mucha gente en agosto. Aun así encontramos una con poquita gente . Carmen , la persona encargada de recibirnos encantadora. La casa bien, aunque hicimos hicimos casi toda la vida en la terraza. Volveríamos a repetir.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Macken
Es ist eine schönes Ferienhaus mit phänomenaler Aussicht. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten das Objekt zu finde und die richtige Kommunikation mit Carmen zu finden (unser Französisch ist leider nicht mehr so fit und Carmens Englisch leider nicht so gut) haben wir dann das Haus gefunden. Carmen war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt. Erst im nachhinein haben wir gemerkt das wir weder wußten wo der Wandsafe ist noch wie die Alarmanlage funktoniert oder wo die Waschmaschine steht. Aber einiges konnten wir dann selber rausfinden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist wie auf den Fotos erkennbar. Die Matratzen vom Doppelbett sind extrem hart. Also wer dies mag, ist hier genau richtig. Für mich waren Sie eindeutig zu hart. Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, ist die Ausstattung der Küche, Es war gerade mal ein fingerbreit Salz vorhanden. Nicht mal Spüli oder Handseife. Auch ein scharfes Messer um den guten Seranoschinken zu schneiden ist nicht vorhanden, Auch einen Badvorleger sucht man vergebens. Für uns sind solche "Kleinigkeiten" im Urlaub das "i" Tüpfelchen. Wir hoffen die gekauften Kaffeefilter oder die Spülmaschientabs sind bei unserem Nachmieter gelandet. Wäre sehr schaden wenn diese im Müll landen. Der Pool war sehr schön und meistens waren wir dort alleine, obwohl zu dieser Zeit fast alle anderen Wohnungen auch belegt waren. Die Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn. Leider war es während unseres Besuches so heiß, da man nur bei Sonnenuntergang sich dort aufhalten konnte. Die Kinder und wir haben dort jeden Abend unser Eis mit fantastischem Blick genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung
Tolles Haus mit spanischem Flair, liebevoll eingerichtet. Großer, sauberer Pool, viele Sonnen- und Schattenplätze, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Wunderschöne Pflanzenwelt ringsherum: Olivenbäume, wilder Rosmarin, Aloe Vera; die Hausbucht leider voller Seeigel, daher nicht zum Baden geeignet, aber die anderen Buchten und Strände in Ordnung. Die Geschirr- und Kochausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Carmen ist sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel. Leider spricht sie nur Spanisch und ein wenig Französisch. So war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig. Man weiß aber, dass sie für einen da ist! Fazit: Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen!

Überwintern
Wir waren in der Zeit Feb/Mrz insgesamt 6 Wochen hier. Für uns war das Ferienhaus die beste Wahl. Kleine Abstriche wegen des Verkehrslärms. Aber wir waren ja darauf vorbereitet (wer einmal den Standort über Google betrachtet sieht die geringe Entfernung zur Autobahn ind Eisenbahn). Der einzige wirkliche Nachteil war für uns die Abfallentsorgung. Die nächste Möglichkeit lag gut 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Man muss es halt wissen, da fehlte vorher eine Info. Noch ein Hinweis für den Vermieter: Die Pumpe erzeugt auch nachts laute Geräusche. Eventuell kann dies vermieden werden, wenn die Pumpe frei intalliert wird. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Geräusche durch das Mauerwerk übertragen werden. Fazit: Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch Carmen hat uns gut und sehr nett betreut (ihr hier noch einmal vielen Dank und viele Grüsse).

Sehr schönes Haus
Sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Liegt in einer kleinen Wohnanlage ca 50m von der Küste mit sehr schönem Pool. Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut und sauber. Leider ist die Lage des Hauses in der Nähe der Autobahn, was insbesondere Nachts störend ist.

Très belles vacances à la Casa Winter Garden!
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maison est très belle, avec une grande terrasse en haut de la maison et qui offre une vue 360°, notamment sur la mer. Génial pour prendre l’apéritif en fin de journée (quand le soleil ne tape plus trop fort évidemment!). Le coin est particulièrement tranquille, avec de jolies promenades et l'Ametlla pas très loin (voiture nécessaire comme cela est précisé). Le coin piscine est très sympa, et c 'est vraiment un plus pour les enfants. Un barbecue en pierre est à disposition derrière la maison, pour les amateurs. Une jolie petite crique de galets en bas est idéale pour la plongée et observer la faune sous marine. Bref, tout est formidable. Un peu plus d espaces de rangements pour les affaires aurait été pratique car il manque un peu dans la deuxième chambre. Mais c est un détail car la première chambre offre de grands placards

Jolie résidence, dans un cadre très agréable
Logement très agréable jouissant d'une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le Delta de l'Ebre. La célèbre crique L'Illot pas loin. Parfaite pour vacanciers désirant calme et intimité. Depuis la maison vous avez accès à un magnifique sentier côtier avec un panorama superbe. Je recommande cette location dans un endroit idéalement situé aux randonneurs, baladeurs, et joggers. L'accueil est chaleureux, et c'est bien agréable. On accède à la maison par un chemin en impasse et la maison est située au bout de celle ci, donc pas de passage de véhicules. La place de parking est également très appréciable à côté de la maison. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, un endroit que je recommanderai vivement et où je retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir.

Wir kommen wieder
Mit viel Ferienhauserfahrung kann ich ein riesiges Kompliment machen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Kein Massentourismus weit und breit, die Strände ringsherum sauber und nicht überlaufen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was einen komfortablen Urlaub ausmacht. Die Beschreibungen und Bilder halten, was sie versprechen. Jeder, der einmal hier war, kommt bestimmt wieder. Wahrscheinlich wird es schon bald schwierig, dieses schöne Urlaubsdomizil zu buchen.
