Magnificent modern villa with private pool, located in L'Escala Center, a stone's throw from the beaches of San Marti. It is composed of 3 modern bedrooms with high-end bedding, 2 bathrooms with WC, a living / dining room equipped with TV with TNT and wifi with free and unlimited internet access, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher. The living / dining room opens directly onto a terrace where the swimming pool is located with a barbecue area. The villa has an attached garage that can accommodate a vehicle. On the front, a space allows to park a large vehicle. There is also the possibility of parking on the street. Very quiet villa in a residential and family area located 5 minutes walk from the beaches of San Marti and the heart of the village. Ideally located La Casa Verda is perfect for family vacations. The village of L'escala and its surroundings allow a multitude of diverse and varied activities such as mountain biking, diving, hiking, visiting sites, restaurants, beach xiringuito etc ... On the day of your arrival at the villa, i receive you and give you a map with all the good addresses to know as well as all the activities you can practice during your vacation. In addition, I can be reached 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Excellent location
Very clean, well maintained , everything you could need is there . William the property manager was very good , excellent communication . I would highly recommend this property we had a lovely stay and the location was excellent very close to the shops and the old town we loved it and will definitely return next year.

Late family holiday
This property was everything we were hoping for and more. Easy to reach from airport (40 mins ) and on edge of L’Escala. Everywhere within easy walking distance eg beach, port, shops, and larger supermarkets. William was on hand and ensured we did not have any problems during our stay. We loved it and plan to return :)

Beautiful private Villa
The property was very well located in the beautiful resort of L’Escala, a short walk to the old town and many beaches. The Villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The lovely garden and pool area is extremely private and ideal for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would be very happy to rent this Villa again.

Excellent Villa and location
The villa was excellent, with a great outdoors area and swimming pool. The location was also good, being close to two supermarkets and 10 mins walk into the centre of L'Escala. William our contact was very helpful and overall we had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come back again in the future.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich.
Die Lage ist top, man geht nur ca 10 Minuten an den Hundestrand, für uns als Hundebesitzer also alles prima. Wir würden nochmal wieder kommen

Une première à l Escala mais certainement pas une dernière !
Maison conforme à la description et à nos attentes, tout y est comme à la maison,idealement située dans un endroit calme et à proximité de tout à pied au top.
Les recommandations de William pour la découverte de la region et les bonnes adresses sont bien utiles pour profiter à fond
