“We are a family of 3 and stayed in their 2-queen room with a kitchenette. The room has a sink, a bar fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, mugs, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. There is no kettle. The sitting area has a sofa bed, which is very uncomfortable. There are extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed inside a tiny closet, but no extra blanket. The hotel amenities are very limited; no extra soap by the kitchenette sink, and no shower cap. The check-in process was very slow. Staff are……

“Lake view great and quiet. Staff pleasat. Room nice, but floor was a bit gritty and shower head needs fixing, doesn't spray well.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Hot tub was adequately warm although bubblers didn't work. The pool was not heated. King and quen beds are not available and the restaurant is not open. Adequate for one night stays as may be required. ”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”
