“As advertised. Good location for our stay. ”

“The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory.”

“The staff was very friendly. I found mould in my room, the hallways reeked of marajuana, the carpet was dirty and peeling off the floor, the towels were dirty when we arrived and there was no continental breakfast as advertised (only bagels and toast and coffee)”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.”

“雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。”

“location is difficult to find. the address needs to be updated. had ended up at a different address with same name. called and gave me proper directions stating this happens all the time. great amenities, however and very close to vetta spa and ski hills. Kitchen was well stocked. ”
