“This was a quick, one-night stay after returning from a trip. Upon entering the hallway, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and other musty odors. The keypad to the room door barely worked, and it took several minutes to get it open. The hotel rooms themselves were in poor condition—when I pulled out a chair to hang my coat, a piece of the desk was broken off and just lying on the chair. Thankfully, no one sat on it. I’m grateful this was only a one-night stay, as I would not recommend this……

I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. “The rooms were good. Spacious and met our needs especially the family suite. Pack n plays were in good condition. Pool needs a good clean. The pool sides have not been done in some time. “The room was larger then expected, the jacuzzi tub was very clean, the fire place was a lovely touch, the kitchen was great as well. Well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies. If you are bringing your own coffee bring coffee filters, and also bring salt and pepper If youre doing any cooking. Lots of towels, the bed was comfy and good pillows. All in all an excellent stay. The indoor pool was great too! We came during off season and it was the best, barely anyone there. ”
