“Room was great size, location in the building was easy to get to. However my pillows stunk like cigarette smoke - I had to sleep with a towel over the pillow. Then the fire alarm went off at 3am - with no explanation in the morning. Then when I went to get breakfast at 9:55… it was all cleaned up and put away because I slept in later after the fire alarm going off. I went to just have a tea, but the ‘hot water’ was hardly warm. :( Unfortunately not a great experience. ”
