“Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was limited, and support staff had no energy or positive attitude for a service industry standard. Toaster was slow and old, tables were not cleaned in-between sittings, and items were limited and selections seemed like the cheapest possible selections from purchasing. Exterior of hotel is close to major highway and construction - therefore making it loud in the front facing rooms.”

“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“This was a quick, one-night stay after returning from a trip. Upon entering the hallway, there was a strong smell of cigarettes and other musty odors. The keypad to the room door barely worked, and it took several minutes to get it open. The hotel rooms themselves were in poor condition—when I pulled out a chair to hang my coat, a piece of the desk was broken off and just lying on the chair. Thankfully, no one sat on it. I’m grateful this was only a one-night stay, as I would not recommend this……
