“Nice property with plenty of basic household essentials provided. Only a few minor things such as the outdoor sensor light for driveway to see walking down steep steps to front door was malfunctioning. It would turn on when you get to the steps for about 3 seconds before shutting off another 3 seconds before back on (this cycle repeats 3 times before you are just in darkness). “We have been renting a home for our extended family ranging in age from 10 to 80 each summer since 2018. This was one of our favorites. The kids had a great time swimming & fishing off the dock. We were fortunate to have a boat with us that provided tubing, knee boarding, fishing, & sunset cruises. “We enjoyed it very much. It was a great fit for our extended family. 6 adults 3 kids, 10, 7, and 5. Kids enjoyed the small town, the beach and playground with extremely walking distance to the home. We hit it just right for the Loon Festival with a great parade and fireworks. The kids also enjoyed jumping off the small dock, while the adult loved the outdoor area in the evenings!”
