“It was a cute place and had everything we needed. The host was always available for any questions.”

“My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect……

“Great view!!”

“Nice balcony with view of the ocean. Room had everything we needed.”

“The room pictured and the room we stayed in were not the same. There is no Murphy bed. There is not a full size fridge. We didn’t get our check in information until after checkin time and we had to ask for it. The room has a lot of rugs, that just didn’t feel clean. There is no storage or place to put your things with the exception of a small hanging rack. None of the automatic trash cans worked. The fan remote didn’t work until we figured out the batteries were in backwards. The unit we stayed……

“Well managed property and awesome hosts! Fantastic views!”

“My husband and I love to go on weekend adventures to see great rock bands. This adorable condo was less than 5 minutes from Peabody Auditorium, where we were going to see the Tom Keifer band (Cinderella). Located directly on the beach with private access to guests, the building also featured a pool and grill area. Our condo was super clean and thoughtfully stocked with conveniences by our host. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the welcome snacks that Kelly took the time to provide. We also……

“Was a nice trip thank you for everything”

“No problems with checking in. The car pass computer system wasn't working. Just checked in with someone in the morning for pass. I thought the room was clean and nice. The apartment complex isn't a Marriott or close, but worked fine.”

“Adorable 1 bedroom condo. Loved having the full size refrigerator and kitchen appliances. Couldn’t ask for a nicer location and view from the patio of the ocean and pools. Had plenty of towels and washcloths which isn’t always true. My only suggestions are that the shower curtain liner was mildewed and needs replacing and the washer needs some cleaning as well. Overall it was a great experience, and I would book again.”
