“We stayed at this complex a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. We booked this unit this year because it was available. Upon arrival we walked through the unit. We pulled back the comforter and sheets. The sheets had spots on them and had hard pieces of "white chips" and hard "blue circular" particles on the sheets. The comforter had dried blood and yellow crusty stains on it. There is no matress pad and the mattress had bodily fluid stained on it. Bathroom drawer was filled with hair and……

“The location was great but the condo lacked a few necessities. Nice easy walk to the beach. Right out the door. The kitchen had no kitchen towels/cloths. There was no dresser but we were anble to use the bedside tables. There were no hangers in the closet. Bathroom linens were lacking. These few items would not cost much to rectify. The electronic door did not work on occasion and the lock to the beach steps was not locking. The door remained unlocked which is a safely issue. ”

“Bonnie's room's are always amazing! This was the first time in 103, I loved the bedding, so soft. I hated the shower, felt like I was drowning. Also not recommended for children. Beautiful beach spot.”

“I attempted to rectify this situation with the property management directly, but have not been successful.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was far below acceptable standards. The flooring was both dirty and visibly deteriorating, with sections lifting and a piece missing near the vanity. Walking throughout the unit, the subflooring felt unstable. Additionally, there was a noticeable line of pink mold on the shower curtain. The only areas that appeared clean were those that seemed to have……
