“Very pleasant stay experience”

“Always a beautiful hotel to enjoy when in Regina. The check-in went well. The help with luggage wasn’t readily available though. Back entrance for accessibility wasn’t the cleanest and the lift wasn’t working without loud noises which felt unsafe. I loved the front entrance butlers they used to have! Our suite could use some attention. The bathroom was extremely small, paint peeling and the walls were grimy. The kitchen suite didn’t have any plates, or utensils, nor wine glasses or openers. It……

“Staff was very friendly but hotel was disappointing otherwise. We knew in advance the pool was out of commission. The rooms were ok but the shower support was broken so impossible to use it without soaking the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty basic but the kitchen area was very tightly packed so hard to move around with other people there.”

“We asked to have our room cleaned every other day but fresh towels every day. This did not happen. We had to ask repeatedly for fresh towels and the ended up being asked to come to front desk to retrieve them. We stayed 6 nights and had to ask for towels and room cleaning each day. We would not stay at this place again.”

“Amazing stay apart from the experience I had with Wyndham group in general. I wont be offering my business to Wyndham group hotels. Apart from that hotel staff is super friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing.”

“Quiet, soundproofed rooms, well-stocked shared kitchen, private parking on the side of the building with electrical plugs. Lavoratory in the room was shut off and seemingly had been for a long time. There seems to be little hot water early in the mornings. Had to contact the owner for an issue with the entry codes, but it was fixed quickly. There is a circle K, mcDonalds, and a few other solid restaurants within short walking distance. I'd book it again.”

“I loved the room, free cookies and helpful staff. I was disappointed with the breakfast several days. 2 of our 6 mornings we could only eat hashbrowns as we don’t eat pork and the eggs had meat in them. It would be nice if you had hot eggs, daily, with no meat.”

“Forgot I had been here years ago. The kids loved it again. Very nice hotel.”

“As a single woman that travels alone. I didn’t feel safe. Why you don't have locks that work is beyond me. This should be looked at and fixed!! All rooms whether male or female, we should be able to look our room door when alone, so we can feel safe. I slept on top of blankets as the sheets had curly black hairs on them…”
