“Everything was fine with exception of check-in. Several people, including us, tried to check in at 4pm and were told the rooms were not available and didn’t know when they would be. We were there to attend a 7:10pm game so it was an inconvenience.”

Once you have booked the non refundable room they tell you a $300 cash wire transfer is to be made for a security deposit with your state issued ID. I called because this is nowhere stated and was immediately hung up on. Expedia “customer service” made several attempts to contact the property to which there was never an answer. I was stuck with zero and I mean zero help from Expedia. There is a similar review that was made recently as well. I……

“It was nice for a quick overnight stay to go to the cubs game! The check in/check out situation was a little weird. There’s someone at the desk only at certain times, when we came to check in, we had to call a number that was posted at the desk and the person we talked to said they would send someone, then they came up a few minutes later later. When we checked out, we left around 930, and no one is there till 10 so we just left our keys in their “express checkout” which was just a box. Overall……
