The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great.

Very nice hotel with a heated pool and good restaurant. My husband and I stayed one night while visiting Nancy and we really enjoyed it. It was like a mini vacation!

It's a shame that air conditioning was out of the question. The Receptionist said she has to turn on the air conditioning for the whole building???? This is a Hotel, according to your amenities, you have an air conditioning and that was the reason for me booking this hotel 😭😭😭I had to open the window and bear the noise of the main road all night.Very disappointing.

Excellent ski route stopover
Really excellent position on our route next to easy motorway connections. So clean, fresh-feeling, comfy, good-sized rooms. Used restaurant - food excellent! Friendly, polite staff. Good breakfast options - earl grey tea needs to go on the shopping list :-)

We booked a room with an extra bed for a child, but unfortunately the bedding on the spare bed was very dirty, with hairs and marks all over the blanket and mucus on the pillow. Particularly during the current pandemic, we were really disappointed with this. We had arrived very late with tired children so didn’t want to ask for the bed to be changed so used the spare mattress underneath the single bed (which thankfully had clean sheets on it) and a spare blanket (also clean). It was such a disappointing oversight when everything else seemed fine. We had been so impressed with the evening reception staff dealing with a booking issue for another member of our party and being very welcoming and accommodating, but the morning staff seemed totally disinterested when we told them about the issue and offered no real apology or explanation.

The hotel was comfortable and the pool was large enough and clean. The breakfast was delicious and good value. However, we had to pay for dinner for our two children even though we had paid extra on the family room for half board. We weren't made aware of this when we checked in. We also weren't told we had to reserve a table. The set menu wasn't very extensive and we had the impression we had to make our 14 year old choose from that as we thought we had paid. Our waiter was very unfriendly, although the waitresses were more friendly. We wouldn't have dinner at the hotel if we stayed again.

The access ,arriving from Luxembourg or the center of Nancy is unique , because is very easy and safe at any time of the day ! The entrance to hotel is very nice and the backyard too ! The only negative point for me and my family, is the hygiene in the toilets, not clean as it should be and a strong strange smell in the alleyway - corridor .

Nice hotel with a pool.
The hotel is comfortable, but we're only staying one night. The pool is fun for the kids. Our dinner in the restaurant wasn't great; we wouldn't eat there again.

Well-appointed hotel close to motorway links
A good standard Novotel in the western suburbs of Nancy, close to main roads around the city but our room was very quiet with an inner door that also diminished any "corridor" noise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean, with toiletries supplied. Not much opportunity to eat in the surrounding district unless you can drive there but we ate in the hotel restaurant where our evening meal was good, although a bit expensive. It's also possible to take a regular bus into Nancy (20 mins) from just outside the hotel if you want to visit the city. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was well worth the extra amount - an excellent array of cereals, breads and pastries, cheese, ham or a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. We only stayed one night but would thoroughly recommend this Novotel for anyone wishing to break their journey in Nancy.

It's modern and it's all very good.
Large comfortable rooms, fully updated in recent renovation. Very nice breakfast, indoors or out. Large outdoor pool in reasonably quiet setting. Easy suburban proximity to highway, with free parking. Friendly staff. 10 min drive into Nancy. We extended our stay.

The phone was broken, but they replaced it. The AC did not work so the room was very hot. Other than that, the service was nice, it was clean, convenient and a great room. We were 2 adults with 2 children and it was just what we needed.

Secret resort in the city
Thus hotel has a great pool and can feel like a relaxing mini resort near Nancy. Looks recently remodeled and very clean. The food is also quite good. Novotel quality tends to vary a lot city to city - this is the best one I've stayed at so far.

Stopover on way home. Easy access to motorway and comfortable enough. Didn't really use any of the facilities, didn't eat there, wasn't tempted. Not sure I like the plastic sink and shower, also encountered elsewhere in France.

A wonderful place to stay on a long toad trip across Europe. We were not looking for a destination hotel but rather a reasonably priced overnight room close to the motorway. This hotel was great for that purpose. The rooms are small and simple but clean and efficient. Good value for the price.
