Excellent location and lovely house
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The house was well equipped and plenty of space both inside and out. We enjoyed using the built in barbecue. The location was perfect - 5 mins walk from the beach and 10mins walk from the town.

Wir waren schon mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche wurde etwas aufgepimpt (gestrichen, neue Arbeitsflächen und ein Induktionsherd). Man hat viel Platz und Ruhe. Zum Strand kann man im Bikini laufen. Einzig, in den beiden extra Schlafzimmern hat es wieder so komische gerochen, war aber durch lüften kein Problem. Für eien entspannten Familienurlaub/ mit Hund ist das ein toller Ort!

Dann doch noch ein schöner Urlaub
Nach einigen Anfangsschwierigkeiten hatten wir doch einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Ankunft war eher unpersönlich. Nach 11 Stunden Fahrt stand die Bettwäsche vor der Tür. Das Hoftor konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Da wir getrennt schlafen, waren wir nachts zwar im gleichen Grundstück aber getrennten Häusern. Julian war am nächsten Tag da und hat das Tor repariert. Letztendlich hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub und haben den vielen Platz und den großen Garten genossen.

Nice place, great location, a lot of space
Overall it’s a nice house with a lot a space and all the equipments you need. The devices were very clean (oven, frigde, washing machine) but the rest of the house is not clean, it needs a very good and large cleaning seasion (beds, closets, sofa…) The bed in the mater bedroom is old, needs at least a new mattress. Location is amazing!! Close to the beach, safe road for the kids…!

Tolle Lage am Meer.
Das Haus/Häuser sind zu empfehlen. Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück. Unser Hund hat sich gefreut und auch mit wohl gefühlt. Das Meer ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Insel ist traumhaft schön und auch für Radfahrer ein Paradies. Alle sehr nett und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kontakt mit Julian war super.

Unproblematische Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Günstige Lage zu Stränden und Geschäften. Einrichtung ordentlich, Küchenausstattung für Hobbyköche nicht so toll, Außenmobiliar (Liegen) etwas dürftig. Objekt machte einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck. Bei großzügiger Betrachtung wegen der Vorteile aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

Schöner Urlaub
Familie mit 5 Kindern und Dobermann. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, 2 minuten (zu Fuß) zum Strand und fast genauso nahe zum Ortskern. Es ist sehr ruhig und und man hört nachts leise die Wellen. Das große Schlafzimmer ist mit eigenem schönen Bad und die beiden anderen Zimmer sind inclusive Bad von der Terasse aus begehbar. Es ist alles da. Jede Menge Geschirr, Bücher, Spiele, elektrische Markise,... Wir hatten auch Dank dem tollen Garten und den vielen Tischen und Sitzgelegenheiten einen tollen Urlaub. Jeder Zeit wieder!

Marché et plage à pied
Propriété très bien placée, en impasse, calme. Située entre la plage et les commerces à pied, donc très agréable. La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif. La piece de vie est tres agréable et s’ouvre sur la terrasse et le jardin. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuse et les 3 sdb pratiques. Pas grands choses à redire si ce n’est le non entretien du jardin qui donne une impression peu agréable à l'arrivée et dont nous n'avons pu profiter (herbes très hautes), pas tres sympa pour les enfants et le chien. C’est regrettable à ce tarif. Quelques points ménages et un bemol sur oreillers et couettes pas très cleans mais des protections jettables à disposition. Experience positive en grande partie donc, je recommande.

la maison de vacances parfaite
Tout est fait pour passer un séjour agréable en famille dans cette maison. Elle est grande, bien équipée pour petits et grands avec une belle pièce de vie, une cuisine ouverte, un grand jardin, de belles salles de douche, un garage pour les vélos, une allée pour rentrer les voitures... Son emplacement est idéal, la plage et le centre à pied ou en vélo, le calme absolu, une aire de jeux pour les enfants toute proche. Et un propriétaire très sympathique!

Cette propriété nous a enchantés par son excellent emplacement (proche d'une belle plage mais aussi du centre-ville avec de nombreux commerces et attractions). La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Il y aurait sans doute quelques détails à améliorer (l'ensemble ayant un fort potentiel), mais il n'y a pas à proprement parler de points à critiquer. Excellente communication à distance avec le propriétaire.

Ein schönes Zuhause im Urlaub
Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, da der Strand und der Ort schnell zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz. Besonders toll ist der große Garten, in dem unsere Kinder und der Hund ihren Spaß hatten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr sehr unkompliziert. Er ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Nur 300 Meter bis zum Meer
300 Meter soll laut Eigenwerbung das Meer entfernt sein. Uns kam der Weg noch kürzer vor. Ein Traum! Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale waren fußläufig zu erreichen, mit dem Rad noch schneller. Die recht zentrale Lage von Le-Bios-Plage ermöglicht zudem viele schöne Radtouren in andere Orte und an andere Strände. Ein großer Vorteil des Hauses ist die Trennung in ein Haupt- und ein Nebenhaus. Das Grundstück ist schön groß, selbst bei 35 Grad fanden wir noch irgendwo ein schattiges Plätzchen unter Bäumen. Die Ausstattung entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Für vier bis sechs Personen ist es ein ideales Domizil. Wir kommen gern wieder!
