"We had stayed here before and it was fine. This time, we paid the 25 dollar early check in fee but they put us in a room that had not even been cleaned yet. The room had sheets everywhere and trash still in the bins. We went to the front and they moved us to a room that smelled like cigarettes. Just terrible this visit. It is terrible to pay for the early check in and get a smoking room not asked for."

"Check in service area, hotel room, and the parking lot. Were all clean & maintained well during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The snack room was organized. Location was quiet, safe, and almost concealed behind a bar they have in front. 👍 The only issue with my stay was the elevator being renovated. I was running up and down the stairs. which is not a problem but I’m a drunk night out. I would’ve wished that elevator was working."

"The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old."
