“House was great, just really disappointed. Listing showed two great pictures of a fireplace on the patio, except when we got there, we found out we could not use it. Emailed owner twice during stay, no response. Keypad for door entry turned off 10:35 am when check out is 11:00 am. Overall great property would never stay with this owner again, just poorly managed and expectations not met.”

“This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

“This was a great location and a lovely home. Great owner communication. It was close enough to all the fun stuff but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The front porch was great and I appreciated the fan (not used to Texas humidity!). It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much!”

“We had a lovely time at this cute little cottage. The patio was our favorite place to relax and it was perfect for our dog since it was fenced in. We only left once to eat at a super good restaurant recommended by our hostess who came to meet us with her adorable pup. This is a great place to get away from the city and chill!”

“We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. ”

“It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.”

“We had an excellent stay in this house. It was very clean and has a fabulous view. The only thing that needs attention is the cypress bush out by the garbage can should probably be cut down...it is fine if you are in a truck to see oncoming traffic around the curve and down the hill, but not in a car, the bush is blocking the view. Otherwise it was perfect.”

“The house was wonderful, cozy, comfortable and the owner was 30 steps away when we needed dishwasher soap. The two block walk to the town square with restaurants, shopping, wine tasting room and THREE ice cream stores was too good to be true. Lawrence (the owner) met us at the property, instructed us on the appliances and made us welcome. There are two more units (a one bdrm and a two bdrm) on the property which would be a great group gathering place in a wonderful town.”

“Such a lovely, quiet place to stay for a getaway! Very clean, all utensils and even toiletries are readily available. Bed is super comfy! Close to Lake Travis and several restaurants and stores. Highly Recommended!”

“We had six in the house comfortably. No way you could fit more than 8. The construction next door totally ruined the view of the river valley. The river is a long walk from the cottage, really a short drive.”

“Loved staying at this lovely cottage! Debra was an amazing hostess. Great location very close to the square and walking distance to Southwestern. Our daughter is a senior and we wish we found Debra's cottage 4 years ago when our daughter was a freshman. I highly recommend for a couple or family with 1-2 kids. My mother in law joined and it was a perfect and comfortable place to stay.”
