“The service in the hotel was excellent, the best I've experienced in Europe and rivals what you get in the USA. I have a severe food allergy, but it was no issue whatsoever eating here. The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality.
