“The Hayloft is beautifully renovated, and the property is so peaceful and quiet. The smell of wood welcomes you when you enter the loft. It is immaculately detailed and so clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and each evening, the owners came down to feed the cows; a delight to watch. We walked the trail along the property, and our favorite spot was walking out of the woods into an open field with beautiful green grass and newly planted trees. Absolutely gorgeous!! “Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! ”

“We were in the area for a ski trip which was a last minute addition, so accomodations were scarse. The Motel had rooms at a reasonable price. We had fairly low expectations. Everything was fine. A few things could be improved: 1. Need better curtains for the window that faces out front due to a very bright porch lamp. 2. Need a curtain for the bathroom window.
