Estadia mto boa. Toda equipe cuidadosa e gentil. Única pontuação seria a cama, camas de mola precisa ser atualizadas com urgência, tornam as noites terríveis. Produtos de qualidade no banheiro, apto com varanda, espaço bom e com varal para secar roupa. Achei o resort pequeno, sem mto espaço, mas pra quem tem criança é excelente.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Maceió

O hotel fica na praia de Ipioca. Praia na frente fo hotel muito boa, tem onda mas dá para tomar banho tranquilamente! Hotel all inclusive de ótima qualidade, funcionários atenciosos, quarto confortável, pouco barulho!

Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. A começar pela recepção e atendimento no momento do check-in. Sempre digo que isso é sempre o cartão de visitas de um grande hotel. O restante do hotel simplesmente formidável. Qualidade da comida, disponibilidade dos restaurantes, bebidas e facilidades por todo o hotel. Cafeteria fantástica. Ótimo ambiente para famílias com filhos pequenos. Limpeza e qualidade dos quartos realmente muito bons. Parabéns, nota 10.

O sistema all inclusive do Salinas é de muito bom gosto e o acesso às comidas e bebidas é fantástico. O único ponto negativo que me chamou a atenção: moscas e mosquitos no buffet de frutas do restaurante principal, mas nada muito exagerado. No geral, tive uma experiência muito boa e recomendo.

Estadia razoável em um resort que tinha tudo para ser ótimo mas deixou a desejar pois todas as refeições no restaurante principal tem fila. Poderiam muito bem abrir o restaurante da piscina com mesmo cardápio para evitar o transtorno.

Comida aquém do esperado.

A estrutura de lazer e boa, o quarto muito bom, banheiro razoável, vaso sanitário entupia do nada e o box alem de vazar o rejunte sujo. A comida razoável, reposição não fera feita depois de 2h de começado o serviço, sugiro ir logo no início, muita coisa notoriamente requentada, tudo muito passado e torrado, no dia do churrasco na área da piscina, não consegui comer nada pq estava tudo seco de tão passado! Nada foi feito na hora, pouco opção de comida saudável, muita fritura e molhos.

De modo geral, a estadia atingiu nossas expectativas, com louvor para a Gastronomia (exceto as pizzas) e atendimento do pessoal, com louvor ao funcionário João Vitor (Zulu) que é uma pessoa sensacional, de alto astral fabuloso, um sorriso contagiante, uma educação exemplar e que merece uma atencão especial do RH para cuidar bem desse ser humano invejavel!!!

Muito boa, avaliando cada parte, atendimento na recepção, ok 8, achei pouco receptivo, mas ok. Nada cativante. Malas Ok, porém colocaram algo erroneamente em nossas malas, como se tivessemos comprado, causando transtorno na entrega de malas. Quarto nota 9, e explico porque nao era 10, devido a um possivel entupimento no ralo do chuveiro que o mesmo demorava para vazar, e pouco shampoo/condicionador no mesmo que mau dava para eu e minha esposa.

FÉRIAS EM FAMÍLIA

Excelente hotel. Melhor all inclusive que já fui. Bebida e comida maravilhosas. Ainda dispõe de sorvete, picolé , açaí, cafés especiai, licores, enfim, tudo de ótima qualidade e à vontade. Só acho que falta disponibilizar atividades como caiaques e brinquedos náuticos na beira da praia para melhor aproveitar o mar sensacional e quentinho de Ipioca. Não nos acertamos com a empresa de turismo que finciona no Hotel, mas conhecermos as piscinas naturais de Ipioca com uma famílias de Argentinos que oferece passeios às piscinas. Foi maravilhoso, serviço super personalizado! A Damaris nos apresentou cada peixinho colorido, estrelas do mar, ouriços com toda segurança. Foi uma escola de preservação e amor pela natureza. Recomendo!

Resort muito inferior aos outros da rede.

Na minha opinião não compensa, pois por 300/400 reais a mais vc fica no Salinas Maragogi ou Japaratinga Resort que são da mesma rede e muito (muito mesmo) melhores. Vale a pena pagar uma diária a menos nestes outros dois e ter uma experiência premium. Fiquei hospedado nos 3 resorts e me decepcionei com o Salinas Maceió. Quarto com cama ruim (colchão velho), reposição de shampoo/sabonete/papel higiênico tinha que ser solicitado pq não era reposto; na região do resort tinha um forte odor de esgoto. Em comparação aos resorts irmãos, neste os funcionários estavam sobrecarregados, exerciam várias funções e não conseguiam atender os hóspedes de forma satisfatória, 1 restaurante para atender todo mundo o que causava filas, mar não é adequado para crianças pois além de ter ondas tem um declive beira-mar. Comida e bebidas estava Ok pelo valor pago. Não voltaria para este resort, invista um pouco mais e usufrua dos outros da rede que estes sim valem e muito a pena.
