Me decepcionei com o hotel muito precário sem muita higiene o restaurante onde ficam as cervejeiras fede a cerveja que derrubam, local parece não ter limpeza constante, falta lavar com uma máquina de alta pressão. Tudo muito encardido, falta pintura (locais com ferrugem), a alimentação que sobra do café vai para as demais estações.

A melhor parte é a praia que não tem nada ver com resort, por que o resto é decepcionante pelo preço que combram paguei o mesmo valor para ficar no hard rock e esse resort é o banheiro de lá, nada para fazer as comidas mesmo de tudo aproveitam tudo, nada de recreação para adultos piscina velha o resort antigo e acabado no tempo!! horrível, o atendimento é bom os funcionários educados mais cuidado nesse preço consegui experiencias muito melhores!

Estadia mto boa. Toda equipe cuidadosa e gentil. Única pontuação seria a cama, camas de mola precisa ser atualizadas com urgência, tornam as noites terríveis. Produtos de qualidade no banheiro, apto com varanda, espaço bom e com varal para secar roupa. Achei o resort pequeno, sem mto espaço, mas pra quem tem criança é excelente.

Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. A começar pela recepção e atendimento no momento do check-in. Sempre digo que isso é sempre o cartão de visitas de um grande hotel. O restante do hotel simplesmente formidável. Qualidade da comida, disponibilidade dos restaurantes, bebidas e facilidades por todo o hotel. Cafeteria fantástica. O sistema all inclusive do Salinas é de muito bom gosto e o acesso às comidas e bebidas é fantástico. O único ponto negativo que me chamou a atenção: moscas e mosquitos no buffet de frutas do restaurante principal, mas nada muito exagerado. No geral, tive uma experiência muito boa e recomendo.

Comida aquém do esperado.

A estrutura de lazer e boa, o quarto muito bom, banheiro razoável, vaso sanitário entupia do nada e o box alem de vazar o rejunte sujo. A comida razoável, reposição não fera feita depois de 2h de começado o serviço, sugiro ir logo no início, muita coisa notoriamente requentada, tudo muito passado e torrado, no dia do churrasco na área da piscina, não consegui comer nada pq estava tudo seco de tão passado! Nada foi feito na hora, pouco opção de comida saudável, muita fritura e molhos.

De modo geral, a estadia atingiu nossas expectativas, com louvor para a Gastronomia (exceto as pizzas) e atendimento do pessoal, com louvor ao funcionário João Vitor (Zulu) que é uma pessoa sensacional, de alto astral fabuloso, um sorriso contagiante, uma educação exemplar e que merece uma atencão especial do RH para cuidar bem desse ser humano invejavel!!!
