We would like to stay few more days to explore the area but was just 1 night stop. We really love this place. "

"Beautiful, tastefully restored historic home. I felt completely 'at home' in this grand property. Close to Sunday River Ski Resort, but far enough to feel like you're having two vacations at once. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, the yurt was located near town and the ski areas.The biggest complaint was the neighbors. Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim."

"The house was immaculate, well appointed, even some essentials in case you forgot anything which was perfect since 2 members forgot toothbrushes! Every you need is there and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it was easy for everyone to get ready and out to the slopes which were so close! Perfect... will stay again next ski season! Host was great at communicating with questions, and even left a jar full or random little snacks and protein bars. Didn't get to use the firepit and chairs but would have...

"This rental worked perfectly for section hiking the AT while my husband worked. It was spacious and clean with a full kitchen and great bathroom. The king bed was very comfortable. It’s on a busy street but we travel with our white noise machine so that was not a problem. Loved the decor "
