“4.5 rating - great condo for our needs. Beautiful Gulf view - sunsets every night! Condo was stocked well. Our 1/2 star is bc condo was clean but dusty. Bedding and pillows need to be replaced. Cleaning products would be helpful such as Windex, bathroom cleaner, and counter top plus a broom/pan. We stayed a week and mid-week would like to spruce up and keep things clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was wonderful and location in Longboat was great. Restaurants were in walking distance plus park……

“The beach that the Zota Beach Resort is on is the best part of this place. White sand, beautiful water, and not too crowded even during spring break. Your resort fee includes 2 lounge chairs, but an umbrella or an additional chair costs $40 each. I was not happy when they ran out of umbrellas and wouldn't let us put one up that a local friend had. The overall service and attitude of the staff (front desk, bars, and restaurant) were below average. Our room was a nice size, and was clean. ”

“I was not happy overall with my stay at ALL. The pool was closed for 4 days of our trip. On the last night we stayed we came across cockroaches in our room and I had called the manger and he was not helpful at all. I do not want to stay at a place that advertised a pool when it wasn’t open our whole stay. I do not appreciate nothing being done about having cockroaches in our room very gross. ”

“The condo was great! We needed something last minute and Jim couldn’t have been better to communicate with. Balcony was my favorite part… beach is right there, view is amazing. Saw some great wildlife (birds) and even a dolphin. Would stay here again! ”

“Location 5 star, Unit, clean, totally mislead on size. no room to unpack,or store clothes had to live out of suitcase on floor. no place to prepare food or store it. Table to eat meals totally inadequate for more then 2 people Pull out was only good for maybe 2 small children. 1 TV could only watch from from said pull out 5 feet away. Bathroom, small no mat on tub shower floor This unit should not be allowed on your web site”
