Ultimately you get what you pay for. You can tell this property has been neglected since the 90s, but for less than $100 a night, you can’t expect much. It provided a place for the night, but I wouldn’t entertain another stay.

The room was filthy, truly gross. Dirty wash rags, smelled, etc. Couple in room next to us were fighting and screaming at each other the entire night until about 4 AM. So while we were unable to sleep, it left plenty of time to worry about whether my car would be stolen or broken into.
The women who checked us in was very nice but that's literally to only thing positive I can say.

Toilet was broken. Ran all night. Police chased people through the parking lot at 9pm. Adjacent Motel is super sketch. The lot looks like a mine field. Place was cheap, so you get what you pay for. Never again.

Horrible facility and the cancelation policy is a joke. We paid in full and did not end up staying because it was in such poor condition and felt unsafe for my family. They would not give us our money back. I will never stay at this property ever.

When I first got there, they gave me a room and I went to the room went in the room. It was so smoky from someone smoking in it, and they had their stuff there. Still, thank God nobody was in the room. I was so freaked out I went back up to the front desk where I did get a new room and they apologized, but I could barely sleep all night long thinking someone was going to come in my room or those people were going to come look at me or something it was crazy but other than that I had a great day and the woman staffed Mormon she was very nice.

When we arrived, the room temperature was around 40 degrees. The remote for the TV had no batteries. The exterior door near our room was unlocked for anyone to just walk in without a room key.

There was no coffee pot in room and none available in the lobby. No “grab bars” in bathroom. Hallway had trash in it. Outside door was unlocked. Didn’t have to use key to get in. Tv wouldn’t work and no help until after we departed.

The ice machine was broken. The juice machine wasn’t working for breakfast. Check in was ok . The room was clean but the soap dispenser was empty. The beds had no headboard. Overall was ok stay for the price we paid.

It was horrible. I don’t think the sheets had been cleaned. Breakfast was beyond horrible, the orange juice was soured & their was nothing to eat. I asked for a cup of water and some ice and was told that the ice machines were not working. The person at the front desk never offered to help me with anything. I have stayed in many Super 8’s over several years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This place needs to be shut down. I will not be staying at a Super ‘s again.

The morning manager and young lady at front desk were nice and tried to accomodate. Overall hotel was stingy with necessary room items. Safety concerns inherent. Maintenance adressed concerns. However, this hotel needs updating and modernization. Customers and staff have need to be safe and comfortable.A breakfast buffet would be healthier with hot foods offered. I stayed here over a month, and was glad when I was out of there. I spent all of my moving money on this hotel.

I had to go to the front desk to get my key card reset every night. But I didn't know this until I was standing at the door with my arms full of my things. There was dirty stuff on the walls. The bed comforter and sheets had holes in them. The ceiling above my shower leaked water when the people in the room above used their shower.

The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. My hotel room was very clean and the AC worked great. Only problem was that the one ice machine they had was out of order and I needed ice.

1. Several electrical outlets didn’t work
2. the tv remote was inoperable and had what appeared to be dried body fluids on it
3. the security chain on the door was missing the piece that slid into the lock
4. had difficulty getting in the side entry area with the key card-was told by staff that most of them didn’t work but to use the front or rear entrances although that was inconvenient
5. no elevator available for second floor rooms
6. swimming pool was advertised but was drained and appeared to be growing weeds
7. overall the room had a could odor and the staff offered Odorban spray
8. the AC unit took several hours to cool the room

No clean towels, to take a shower, my room not cleaned for 2 days. All weekend, and I took my dirty towels down to get clean ones, and women at reception, said they did not have any, and would no take dirty towel to wash , so I could have towels in What , about an hour, I guess shower and use curtains to dry off.
