“What a fantastic hotel! So worth being a couple of blocks out of the mayhem of The Vista. Brand new, huge suites, well appointed, and a beautiful lobby. I am a major hotel snob and this is my new favorite stay when visiting my son at USC. Easy parking too! What a gem. And the employees were all super sweet. I am very impressed.”

“I was a little sketched out by the neighborhood but it actually was very quiet so it was fine. No worries at all! It was clean . My only complaint was my bed was like broken in the middle or something so it sank in towards the center. But other than that everything was great! The owner responded to me very quickly . “Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!”

“The cottage was perfect for our stay! We were there for parents weekend for our son at Carolina. The location was very convenient. The cottage was clean and comfortable and very quiet and private. Randy was friendly and helpful. He even called after we left because we accidentally left my husband's dress pants! Luckily, we were still in town at breakfast with our son so we could easily go back to get them. We would stay again. Thank you!”
