“Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. “I’ve visited Sandbanks many times and normally stay in a hotel. This definitely was the most relaxed enjoyable amazing weekend Fantastic service from host Mark -providing tonnes of information on places to visit etc and the local area. Also Mark enabled an early check in and late check out which was great. The location is superb -onsite parking for two cars at peak time is an absolute bonus. Beach by the fiat was so tranquil and also a short hop on the ferry to Shell Bay will definitely visit...

“Lovely clean appt with great views and literally a hop across the road to the beach. Rooms were very nice and amenties provided which was a nice touch. Parking was easy and appt is located within easy drive of natural attractions such as Durdle Door and Sand banks if thats your interest. ”

“The property is spacious for two people; however, it was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Under the sink was a leak or something, and there were cobwebs in the kitchen area. The trays in the oven are full of oil, so when you're trying to cook something in the oven, the kitchen is full of that smell, and the cooker hood would not even get the smell out. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa in the living area was not good either. The entrance is from the road just in front of the bus stop,...
