We spent a four nights in Madrid at hotel Opera. The staff were friendly and it is location is ideal for seeing the sights and going for a meal. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were a good standard. I would gladly recommend this hotel!

I booked this hotel based on their advertised pictures and overall rating on hotels.com ! It was such a surprise to my whole family when i walked in to a motel like environment , outdated hallways that resembles scary movies and mold in their bathroom and showers ! Staff was friendly and i dont have anything bad to say about them !
