We enjoyed our stay. The location is very close to the station. The staff were kind and friendly. We were also able to leave our large bags for a while after checking out, which was great. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Less than a five minute walk from the train station and the ferry. Run by a bunch of very happy guys who also run the attached bar restaurant. My room was spacious and modern with a great bathroom and great hot water. To top it off it there was a wide selection of a breakfast menu which was also included in a very reasonable price. Plenty of restaurants and shops and a supermarket are very close. All in all I had a great day stay in Mallaig and would come back to this inn and I highly recommend it.

The room was clean, well set up and comfortable. The rooms are accessible by two fights of stairs. The staff provided us a take away breakfast since we were catching a ferry before their breakfast service started.

The cute little room was clean and airy, the bathroom products were fully stocked, and a full hot or cold breakfast is provided. The room is up a set of outside stairs just above the restaurant, which has a nice variety of options on the menu. We enjoyed our stay both on the way to Canna and overnight on the return.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel has been nicely renovated and you can tell they have paid attention to the small details. We especially liked that they provided The Scottish Fine Soaps Company toiletries, which was a nice touch. As we had an early ferry to catch the next morning, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us the night before. It included fresh fruit, yogurt, handmade cheese and pickle bread, snacks, and sparkling water. It was really convenient and much appreciated. Great service and highly recommended.

We had a delightful overnight stay in the room with twin beds. The shower is small but has lovely shower heads with good water pressure for washing long hair. The room is just up the stairs on the side of the Inn, so a quick walk to the restaurant for the included breakfast. There are cold breakfast options, and I had a nice strength latte and the hot breakfast. The service was good. I would stay here again.

The room and dining area were very nicely updated! The staff on hand went above and beyond to help us out. One note: if you do “reserve now, pay at property,” they did charge us within a few days of reserving rather than waiting. We weren’t able to get this resolved. I would still stay there again, but just be prepared to pay when booking.
