"Clean room and location is right in the heart of Columbia. We were very disappointed by the fact that there was an issue with the room keys during our stay, very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get a staff member to let us into our room every time we left. "Maybe I missed it in the booking but breakfast is not included. $20 a day to have wet eggs and limp bacon. Coffee was good. WiFi was down the entire time. This hotel shares space with Hilton Honors with working WiFi and free breakfast. Recommend if you need this location to book that side of the building. First two nights the entire floor I was on reeked of pot. Thankfully it didn’t reach into my room.Second two nights weren’t quiet as there sounded like minor construction happening. Couldn’t tell if it was noisy people or late night repairs. Overall unenjoyable."

"Everything was fine except the cleanliness of the bathroom … and that made it all bad! It was so, SO GROSS, to find little hairs all over the bathroom door and shower door - pubic hairs and very short hairs everywhere! The shower itself was also dirty. It had dark mold in the grout in one spot and orangey mold in the grout in another spot. I took photos to share. Had the room been clean, this would have been a charming hotel we would stay at again, no complaints. But this made it sketchy and gross "

"Overall a decent experience. The bathroom setup in our room was a bit funky providing little privacy with the sliding doors that don’t shut all the way or lock. Also, there is only one outlet available behind the nightstand in the middle of our beds so only one of us could charge our phone by the bed and the other had to use the outlet in the office area. The highway noise was a little loud for my liking also as it was right outside my window. The pool was ok except there was a chunk of somebody’s hair and a pink headband on the floor when we got to the pool at 3 PM. When we went back to the pool around 10:30 that was still there. Gross! I know somebody had been in there because the towels had been restocked."
